Language barrier: The staff's English proficiency seemed limited, as they mostly relied on a Chinese colleague to communicate with us. This made it difficult to ask questions or get recommendations from the staff directly.

We stayed at a typical business hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. the location was convenient and there were no unpleasant surprises during our stay. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. the staff, though not too fluent in English, were attentive and friendly to our Chinese colleague. the breakfast spread had a decent variety of options to start the day off right.
That communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to their limited English proficiency.

Spent Christmas in a business hotel and loved the two free bottles of water in the room. Location was ideal - close to major shopping areas with great transport links. Room was well maintained.
No standout highlights, but poor communication by staff who ignored us as we did not speak Chinese.
